Our comfortable rooms have kitchenettes, microwaves, electric blankets, irons/boards and much more. Our Motel is close to the Murray River and a short stroll to the shopping centre. Enjoy a friendly and relaxing stay. The Bridge Motor Inn is centrally located in the heart of Tocumwal. We are a three and a half star motel, which means you can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. The Tocumwal area is rich in leisure and adventure activities. There is quite literally something for everyone, Challenge the local golf courses, get a bird's eye view from joy flights and gliding, bush walking, wineries, water sports, bowling or if you chose you can simply just relax beside the pool. The ideal short break holiday for clubs andgroups where we come and pick you up from your club and over two full days you will explore some of the delightful places that abound the Tocumwal area eg Deniliquin, Echuca, Yarrawonga, Benalla etc. Groups are min of 14 and max 20 persons in twin share accommodation. | Terms and Conditions | TERMS & CONDITIONS - Bridge Motor Inn, Tocumwal QUOTATIONS: • Bookings are not reserved at the time of Quotation and are subject to availability. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS: • Bookings are not confirmed until they are secured by payment of the first night’s tariff. During peak periods and special events, where your booking is for multiple night stays, a deposit (non-refundable) equal to 50% of the total tariff is required. Deposits can be paid by cheque, money order, cash, internet transfer) or credit card details (phone, fax, mail). If credit card is your preferred means of payment, the non-refundable deposit will be debited to your card 4 days prior to date of entry. • Bookings not secured within 7 days may lapse. • Securing a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. ACCOUNTS: • Tariff includes room rate only except when booking packages. • Package prices are based on one night twin share accommodation unless specified. • Accounts are required to be completed in full prior to check out. • Guests departing prior to 8.00am are requested to settle their account the previous evening. PAYMENT METHODS: • Cash; Visa; MasterCard; American Express; Diners Club; EFTPOS. • A 2.5% surcharge applies on American Express and Diners Club transaction card payments. • Personal and business cheques are not accepted when settling the account without prior arrangement with management. • Long stay guests will be invoiced on a weekly basis. CANCELLATIONS: Single Reservations • More than 48 hours notice – you may reschedule your reservation for another date. If you are unable to reschedule, an administration fee of $20 will be charged. • Less than 48 hours notice – an administration fee of $20 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s tariff will be charged. • During peak periods we require 5 days notice of cancellation prior to date of entry (check “confirmed booking” policy re non-refundable deposit). Group Reservations • More than 30 days notice – you may reschedule your reservation for another date. If you are unable to reschedule, an administration fee of $50 will be charged. • Less than 30 days notice – an administration fee of $50 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total tariff will be charged. • Less than 14 days notice – an administration fee of $50 plus a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tariff will be charged. No Shows • If you fail to arrive on the day of your reservation and do not notify us, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total tariff will be charged. Early Checkout If you change your departure date after check-in, there will be no refund for early check out unless the unit is re-let for the remainder of your booking. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: • Check In 2:00pm • Check Out 10:00am • Late Check Out Fee (by noon) $40.00 • Late Check Out Fee (after noon) Full day tariff applies • Late Check Out requires prior arrangement and is subject to availability. • Failure to check out by 10.00am will indicate that you are extending and therefore a further day’s tariff could be charged to your account.
