About Us

Bluff View Accommodation is located at the base of "The Bluff" at 123 Franklin Parade, Encounter Bay on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula.

We offer three types of accommodation. Our Studios and 3 Bedroom Apartments offer stunning Ocean Views, modern contemporary decor, luxurious double spa baths, have access to our Outdoor Solar Heated Pool, and much more! Motel style suites are also available.

Group enquiries welcome.

The lounge can be made into a double sofa bed in Studios & Suites at an additional $30 per night.

Check-in Instructions Our Reception office is located at the rear of the Whalers complex next to the swimming pool. Reception is open until 5pm Sunday to Thursday and 6pm on Friday and Saturday. If you are arriving after this time please call us on the day on 08 85 521 200 to obtain a key safe code.
