| Check-in Instructions | RECEPTION IS OPEN 7:00 AM TILL 8:30 PM AEST. Except by special arrangement, check-in is available from 2pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Guests arriving outside normal Reception hours please ring 07 5463 1944 PRIOR TO 8:30 PM to arrange late check-in. Guests may be required to provide a credit card details on arrival to cover any incidental charges. Where a credit card is not available a $150.00 cash bond maybe required. The length of the guests' stay may vary the amount of cash deposit required. Valid photo identification (driver’s license) must be presented at the time of check-in. |

| Getting There | We are only a gentle stroll (about 250m) from the Boonah shopping centre. The Boonah motel is located adjacent to the Visitor Information Centre, near the main roundabout at Boonah. Simply follow the signs to the Visitor Information Centre. |
| Parking | One parking space is allocated outside each unit for the use of guests. Guests must park in their allocated parking spot only. Parking is available for extra cars boats, trailers and caravans behind the motel. Motorcycles maybe parked in undercover areas. Guests vehicles larger than a standard 4 WD, boats, caravans and trailers must not enter the main car park area without the permission of management. |

| Terms and Conditions | Our aim is to make the stay of our guests as quite and relaxing as possible. These terms and conditions are framed in that light. In consideration of the accommodation and services supplied by Boonah Motel, you agree as follows: To act in a way which is considerate of others right to a peaceful and enjoyable stay and comply with reasonable requests from management. To pay for any loss or damage to the property and its contents during occupancy of the property. To leave the property in a clean and tidy state (Including BBQ). To abide by all the Boonah Motel - Terms and Conditions - and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of the agreement. Agree to meet all costs incurred including accommodation, meals, early check in or late check out, telephone and fax. Payment is due on check in but accounts may be paid on departure. Where agreed by management, accounts are payable fourteen days from date of invoice. Guests are liable for replacement of lost room keys, excessive internet downloading, damage repairs/replacements to rooms or facilities or additional cleaning attributed to their actions or those of their visitors including the cost of lost revenue due to units being unavailable to let. Boonah Motel management accepts no responsibility for: • damage or theft of guest property • death, injury or disability to guest or visitors • damage to vehicles • damages incurred real or personal caused by the actions or failure to act of motel staff, agents or contractors Smoking is not permitted in rooms and is against the law. Pets are only permitted on-site by agreement with management but are not permitted in rooms. We are committed to the comfort, safety and enjoyment of our guests. Naturally tennacy is contigent on appropriate behaviour including consideration of other guests and their right to enjoy a restful stay. For their safety, children under 12 years old must be supervised by parents at all times. |
