| Getting There | Heading south we are approximately 1km from the centre of town. Continue south over the bridge and we are on the left hand side just as you come off the sweeping left hand corner. Heading north we are on top of the hill on the right hand side 500m past the Caltex service station and bottleshop. |
| Parking | There is parking in front of all units. Small boats, trailers, trucks etc can park on the grass beside the pool area. Please check with reception. |

| Terms and Conditions | Standard 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking: Within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Motel Kempsey the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid. There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason. FESTIVE SEASON Terms and Conditions 16 December – 8 January, Easter Deposit • A deposit equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking • Full payment is required at the time of booking if booked after 1 December Final Payment • The final balance of your accommodation is required by 1 December • The final balance payment will be automatically processed on 1 December on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking • Final balance payments not received by 1 December may result in cancellation of the reservation FESTIVE SEASON Cancellation • Cancellations and amendments received before 1 November will not incur a cancellation fee • Cancellations and amendments received from 1 November onwards will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value, including ‘No Shows’ and/or ‘Early Departures’ • Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in reserved rooms must be provided in writing to Motel Kempsey on motelkempsey@bigpond.com • If you have booked through a travel agent or Online Travel Agent, please contact them directly to make changes to your booking *These Booking Conditions are specific to your Festive Season booking. In the event of any discrepancy between these Booking Conditions and any other booking conditions listed on our Motel Kempsey website, the terms of these Booking Conditions will apply. Motel Kempsey may evict a guest or visitors without warning. Guests who are evicted from a hotel will be blacklisted from Motel Kempsey location and we may choose to notify the police. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur; Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour; Overcrowding, or when the number of persons in the suite exceeds the capacity: refer to Maximum Capacity Per Room; Physical or verbal assault towards hotel representatives, residents or other guests; Wilful damage to Motel Kempsey property; Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises; Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others; Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise); Throwing of objects over the suite balconies or from windows; Smoking within the room (a cleaning and deodorising fee will also apply);There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason. No Pets Allowed. If there is evidence of pets having been in guest rooms and on the premises of Motel Kempsey at any time without aforementioned permission, you will be immediately evicted, asked to vacate the room and will forfeit all rent amounts paid for your reservation. Your credit card will also be charged a fine of $300 without notice to cover professional cleaning. Zero tolerance party policy. In the interest of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 9pm-7am. No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy. |
