|Check-in Instructions||Check-in is available from 1:30pm onwards. Credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival along with photo ID.
A room key will be issued once check-in is completed.

|Getting There||Located on the Princes Highway between Golf Avenue (to the south) and Illett Street (to the north). Dont take any of the turn-offs to Mollymook or Mollymook Beach as we are located on the Highway.|
|Parking||One car space is provided for all rooms and units. There is no charge for parking. Provisions for boats and trailors are available, although this must be stipulated at time of booking. If you have a second car, parking is available in front of the Motel.

The motel has a NO PARTY POLICY & all outside noise to cease by 10.30pm.
No visitors allowed in rooms or units, or using motel facilities, only registered occupants of a room or unit are permitted to be in that room. Visitors will be deemed to be trespassing and appropriate eviction will take place for visitors and registered guests forgoing the right to a refund.
No children under the age of 14 year are accepted in bookings.
Office will close when complex has no vacancy. Mobile number for contacting Management will be located on the Reception Door.
All breakages will be at guest expense.
Lost keys will be at guest expense.
No cooking permitted in motel rooms under any circumstances (re-heating food in the microwave allowed or using the toaster). This does not apply to self-contained units.
Free BBQ area available for use between 8.30am to 9.30pm for cooking.
Parking on site - one (1) car space per room/unit is provided.
No room service is offered on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday & Easter Sunday. Office will be open between 10.00am and 11.00 if you require any provisions or fresh towels.
Additional charges are applied to your account for payment made by Amex Diners Club, Motorpass and MotorCharge credit cards of 4%.
