Sleepy Hill Motor Inn is centrally conveniently located between the Vineyards of the Hunter Valley, the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens . Close to Newcastle Airport and 20 min to Newcastle CBD, University, Hospital and major Newcastle Shopping and Sporting Centres

Being just 1km off the freeway this is the perfect place to base yourself for a fun break away or to break up your journey.

Please note for pet travellers: we are a PET FRIENDLY motel, but only have 3 DEDICATED ROOMS for pets (not all rooms)
so please book rooms with name tag: “PET Queen/Family” only

Sleepy Hill has been having ongoing refurbishing of the motel. All rooms have new large screen TVs, new air con, all new beddings and furnitures
