| Getting There | From Nowra Head south on the Princes Highway. Turn left at Jervis Bay Rd. Follow this to a large roundabout, turn right onto The Wool Rd. Follow this for 2.5 km to another roundabout. Turn left into Larmer Ave, follow this for 1.3 km and the road turns right and becomes Paradise Beach Rd. Look for the motel on your right. From Batemans Bay Head north on the Princes Hwy. Turn right at the St Georges Basin turnoff onto Island Point Road. Go straight through two roundabouts, then turn right at the third into Larmer Ave. Follow this for 1.3 km and the road turns right and becomes Paradise Beach Rd. Look for the motel on your right. |

| Things To Do | There is a pristine 18 hole Golf course backing onto the motel with cart access at the rear. A short stroll from the motel and through-out the surrounding area is St Georges Basin. It’s known for one of the best windsurfing areas in the state of NSW. You can also enjoy fishing, watersports of all kinds or take in the stunning sunsets at Paradise Beach. St Georges Basin Country Club backs onto the property is and has regular entertainment where you can play Bowls, Tennis, Golf or relax with a drink or great meal in the newly renovated surrounds of the club. The Basin is host to many regular fishing competitions. Eight times the size of Sydney Harbour, Jervis Bay is a favourite stop off for Humpback and Southern Right Whales right through the winter months. Jervis Bay is a marine park and has some of the best diving in Australia. It is renowned for its excellent visibility and has active seal and fairy penguin colonies on Bowen Island. Dolphin watch cruises operate throughout the year from the village of Huskisson. The icon of the area is Hyams Beach, according to the Guinness Book of Records is the whitest sand in the world and great to spend a day on. Booderee National Park has gentle terrain and well-signed trails providing easy walking conditions – from a few hundred metres to several kilometres through a variety of scenery and wildlife habitat. The Botanical Gardens established in the national park in 1952 are worth seeing. Swim at Green Patch or snorkel at Murray’s Beach, sheltered by Bowen Island to create a large natural aquarium. Hyams beach is 10 minutes drive, Booderee National Park 15 minutes drive and Basin access is as short as a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive Shopping & Dining: Local Thai, Chinese and Australian cuisine with some of the best fish and chip shops in Australia Our local St Georges Basin Country Club offers a free Courtesy bus to the Park for pick up & return. A short drive to Hyams, Huskisson & Vincentia beaches shopping & dining areas Courtesy Buses for various Clubs in Huskisson & Vincentia. Great shopping centre nearby in Vincentia, with Woolworths, Aldi & various Specialty shops only 5 minutes drive away. The local IGA in Sanctuary Point is a 5 minute walk or a quick drive for last minutes needs. | Terms and Conditions | No pets are allowed on this property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on the property. Parking is based on availability. Rooms are serviced on request except on public holidays. We do not accept bookings for any party groups such as Bucks/Hens/Schoolies celebrations. Portable speakers or any similar noisy audio devices are not allowed in rooms or onsite to ensure comfort for all guests. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted, unauthorised charging will incur a fee of $100. Payment terms: The total price of the booking will be processed at the time of booking. Bookings are only valid and confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation policy: In case of a cancellation, the first night of all bookings is non-refundable. For multiple-night bookings, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date of the booking will forfeit the first night of the booking and are eligible for a refund of all consecutive nights. Bookings can be amended minimum 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Date changes are subject to availability and rates. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the arrival date of the booking will result in a total forfeit of monies paid or invoiced for the entire stay. Amendments cannot be made within 72 hours prior to the arrival date of the booking. Bookings cannot be split or held as a credit. For bookings made on or after 23rd of March 2020, the cancellation policy will apply regardless of Coronavirus as the booking was made during a pandemic. 72 hours prior to the arrival date is the 4th day prior to the arrival date. All cancellation and amendment requests have to be send in writing via e-mail. |
