On arrival please visit reception to check in and collect the room key, if outside office hours please call 0458 945 058 and a key will be arranged along with the processing of your payment. If wishing to arrive earlier than 2.00pm or later/after office hours, please get in touch with reception as early as possible to get an arrangement sorted which is efficient and safe to do so. |

Terms and Conditions | **Terms and Conditions for Stay at Monto Three Moon Motel** Welcome to Pleasant Valley Motel! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Before you proceed with your stay, please read and understand the following terms and conditions: 1. **Booking and Check-in:** - All bookings are subject to availability. - Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. - Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2. **Payment and Charges:** - Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. - We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. - Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to damages, room service, or extended stays, must be settled upon check-out. - A security deposit may be required upon check-in, refundable at the discretion of management upon inspection of the room at check-out. 3. **Cancellation and Refunds:** - Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur relevant charges. - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. 4. **Occupancy and Guests:** - Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. - Additional guests may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to room capacity and management approval. - Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room unless accompanied by a responsible adult. 5. **Conduct and Responsibilities:** - Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within designated non-smoking areas of the motel. A fine will be imposed for any violations. - Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with management. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or motel property during their stay. 6. **Amenities and Services:** - Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the motel premises. - Breakfast may be provided at an additional cost unless otherwise stated. - Housekeeping services are provided daily unless otherwise requested by the guest. - Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
