About UsWelcome to Pahaska Tepee Resort, Buffalo Bill's "Gem of the Rockies". Built by Buffalo Bill in 1904, the original lodge still stands and is on the National Historic Register. Pahaska Tepee is located at the confluence of 2 rivers, just 2 miles outside Yellowstone's East Entrance, America's first National Park. | Check-in Instructions | Our front desk is located in our main lodge. Check in time is anytime after 4pm, however is you arrive early and your room is ready, we would be happy to check you in early. We do not have a 24 hour desk, so late arrivals should call before 8pm to make arrangements. |

| Getting There | We are located 1 hour outside of Cody, Wyoming. From Cody, drive 50 scenic miles west on Highway 14-16-20. From Yellowstone, go to Fishing Bridge and turn following the signs to Cody, WY. We are just 2 miles outside the East Entrance. Cody, WY (COD) has a small airport. Flights arrive from Salt Lake City, UT(SLC) on Delta's Skywest and from Denver, CO(DEN) on United Express. If you are using a GPS, our address is 183 N. Fork Hwy (or 183 Hwy 14-16-20) Cody, WY. Sometimes the GPS places 5-10 miles from actual. We are 2 miles from Yellowstone. |

| Things To Do | Horseback rides are offered on site by the 2 hour, 1/2 day and full day. We have horseshoes and volleyball setup on property. Hiking trails abound and are free. Fishing is within walking distance and requires a Wyoming License. Tour Yellowstone! Cody is a 1 hour drive to the west and offers lots of activities such as river floats, Old Trail Town, the Cody Trolley, a nightly rodeo and the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. |
| Business Facilities | Our remote location brings peace and solitude. We have no cell service and only limited satellite internet available at our main lodge. For your convenience, we do have phones in each guest room. Buffalo Bill's Old Lodge provides a place for meetings in the peak summer season. We also have our Reunion Lodge which a great place for corporate retreats. Satellite internet is available in the Reunion Lodge. |
| Terms and Conditions | We require payment for the first night of lodging plus tax and fees at the time of your reservation for our 1, 2 and 3 bed rooms. Sales tax is 4%, Lodging Tax 7%, Forest Fee 2%. We require a 50% deposit for our Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. If you are renting the Reunion Lodge or Deluxe Condo, we require a $500 damage/cleaning deposit at check-in time. This is payable by check or credit card and as long as there are no damages, items missing, or excessive cleaning needed, this money will be returned to you within 7 days of your check-out. |
