About UsPlease read though our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page before booking. We are a small, single story, owner operated motel with 17 units. Despite our small size, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent option for West Yellowstone lodging. Our property is all non-smoking and pets are not allowed at this time. We have exterior entrances to all of our units and we offer convenient parking right in front of your room. Our Facilities

Terms and Conditions | The maximum occupancy for each unit is provided on each room description. 2 persons per bed. Children are counted as persons, they do not stay free. Should your party exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit, including children, and we are unable to accommodate you in a larger unit, your reservation will be cancelled. Smoking: We are an entirely non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any room or within close proximity to guest windows and doors. Smoking in a unit will result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Pets: Pets are not permitted in any room at any time, including our parking lot. Bringing a pet inside a room will result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Cooking: We do not allow the use of any cooking device in our standard units with the exception of provided microwaves only. Bringing and using a cooking device in any standard room will result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. This is with exception of our kitchen units. Our high season office hours are 7:30am – 9:00pm and off season hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm. We are closed in the winter. Please read through this policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions as it is non-negotiable. We require a non refundable deposit, equal to one nights charges plus taxes to be collected at the time of booking. Should you cancel your reservation at any time after the booking, for any reason, this deposit will not be refunded back to you. We also have a 7 day policy for canceling and/or making changes to your original reservation. If you shorten your stay within 7 days of your arrival date you will be responsible for all of the original nights reserved. This includes shortening your stay at check in or after check in. If you shorten your original booking more than 7 days prior to the your arrival date, you will be responsible for a 15% cancellation fee per night. Elk Horn Cabins and Inn is a privately owned motel and is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. |
