| Check-in Instructions | We do not have an on-site reception and do not accept cash. Your assigned credit card will be charged the full amount up to 24 hours prior to your stay. Please note, American Express incurs a 2.5% surcharge and all other credit cards are 1.5%. If you wish to provide a different credit card or arrange an alternative payment method, please contact us immediately. Upon approved payment you will be issued with a lock box code via text message to gain access to your key, which will allow you access to the building and your room the morning of your stay. If you do not have an Australian number, we will send the code via email. |

| Getting There | From Melbourne take first exit off Fwy, continue along until Sturt St. Follow Sturt St along until Lyons St, turn left, we are on the right. From the north side, continue along Creswick Road, turn right into Sturt St and left into Lyons St. From south of Ballarat, continue along Doveton St until you reach Sturt St, turn left, proceed through next lights then next left at Lyons St. From the west continue along Sturt St,go past the hospital then in 3 blocks turn right into Lyons St. We are on the right. |
| Parking | Limited off street parking is available. There is also free parking from 5.30pm-9am on Lyons Street, directly in front of the building. |

Overlooking the historic St. Patricks Cathedral, it is only a short walk to Lydiard Street and the Ballarat Art Gallery. Lake Wendouree and the POW Memorial are nearby as are Sovereign Hill and The Museum of Australian Democracy at the Eureka Centre. |
