| Getting There | Marriott Park Motel is conveniently located on the Princess Highway just minutes from the Nowra CBD, on the corner of Douglas Street. We are only 200mtrs from the Stocklands Shopping Centre and minutes away from the CBD, club, Entertainment Centre, hospital and the many shops. From Sydney, the Shoalhaven is an easy two hours’ drive, or 160 kilometres south. From the Sydney metropolitan area you can follow the Princes Highway south with Berry being the first Shoalhaven town you’ll come across. Continue south along the Princes Highway. You go over the Shoalhaven River at Nowra and continue south about 2 kilometres and turn left into Douglas Street - the second street past the “Stocklands Shopping Centre” From Canberra- it’s about 2.5 hours - follow the Barton Highway to the Hume Highway then take the Illawarra Highway exit and follow the signs to Nowra through Kangaroo valley. You go over the Shoalhaven River at Nowra and continue south about 2 kilometres and turn into Douglas Street - the second street past the “Stocklands Shopping Centre” Coming from South i.e Bega, Batemans Bay, Ulladulla continue along the Princes Highway to the first set of lights and we situated on the corner of Douglas St and Princes Hwy the 2nd street on the right after the lights. |

| Things To Do | Nowra is on the Princes Highway on the Shoalhaven River and is the gateway to the beautiful Shoalhaven area with its beautiful beaches and waterways. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney and 2.5 hour drive from Canberra. Nowra is the commercial and shopping hub of the Shoalhaven, and close to many attractions, such as: • Renowned towns of Huskisson, Berry, Jervis Bay and Shoalhaven Heads • Gorgeous beaches - Seven Mile, Hyams, Culburra, Callala and Honeymoon Bay • Exploring the waterways and sports at Grenwell Point and the Shoalhaven River • Visit National Parks - Booderee, Botanic Gardens and Jervis Bay • Visit the Australian Aviation museum, wineries, galleries, Arthur Boyd’s Bundanon, zoo • Go to the races, have a picnic, enjoy the views • Take a boat ride, joy flight, parachute, bush walk, horse ride, canoe • See the dolphins and whales during whale season • Have a game of golf, lawn bowls and one of the many other sports • Visits the many eateries and explore the many shops • Take in a show at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre |
