DEPOSIT Deposit required of first room night fee with credit card for standard bookings. Group bookings will require an additional10% booking deposit for all other venue bookings. PAYMENT Payment for all accommodation and incidental charges must be made upon check-in (less deposit taken). VISITORS, ROOM DAMAGE & GENERAL BEHAVIOR No visitors are allowed in rooms after 11 pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors while on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in any damage to our property and any costs associated will be charged to the registered guest.
