| Check-in Instructions | Payment Kindly note that the full remaining balance for your stay is payable upon check-in. Security deposit Kindly note that you will be required to furnish the credit card with which you made your room reservation for authorisation of a security deposit. Alternatively, you may also provide the equivalent of one night's charge per room occupied as a cash security deposit. Valid identification The CARDHOLDER whose card has been used to make payment for the booking MUST be present at the time of check-in. For security purposes, you will be required to provide the identification documents of ALL room occupants upon check-in. Late check-in If you are checking-in after 5:00 pm, kindly notify us via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. |

| Getting There | From the airport or Kuah town, head to Pantai Tengah. We are situated in a little lane right after the Sun complex (look for the three-storey building on your left with a huge sun on it) and across the road from The Colonial hotel. Turn left right after the Sun building (you will see our little hotel sign in blue). We are approximately 120 meters down that lane. Pantai Cenang, the traditional favourite of beach goers is a mere five-minute bicycle ride away. |

| Things To Do | La Pari-Pari is tucked in a quiet lane off the main Pantai Tengah road, approximately 700 meters from the seaside. Within walking distance are some of Langkawi's newer cafes and bars that mark Pantai Tengah as the up and coming dining and entertainment hub of Langkawi. Pantai Cenang, the traditional favourite of beach goers is a mere five-minute bicycle ride away. |
| Terms and Conditions | All bookings are only valid upon receipt of payment for the first night's stay. Please note that the first night's payment for rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE. We only accept Visa and Master Credit Cards. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS OR AMEX. By booking a room, guests agree to adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations , including our policy for maximum number of occupants allowed per room. Each room can only occupy a maximum of either THREE adults (inclusive of extra bed charge for third person or child above age six) or TWO adults and TWO children age six and below (mandatory crib or extra bed charge applies for the second child). The management reserves the right to deny check-in and will not refund any guests who are turned away should they attempt to violate the maximum occupancy policy. |
