Terms and Conditions General Terms

Please read the terms and conditions before confirming your booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Arrival and Departure
• Check-in time is from 2pm to 9pm. After hours check in must be arranged by contacting reception on (02) 4787 8347.
• Check out time is 10.00am.
• Guests are to provide a driver’s license or passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in.
• Guests are to provide a credit card upon check-in for deposits, incidentals or any added charges during the stay. A $100.00 cash bond per night may be accepted in place of a credit card at the Management's discretion.

In-house Policy
• Smoking is prohibited on all levels and in all rooms. A charge of $250 applies to any guests smoking while within our rooms or premises. In the event smoking in a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,100 will apply.
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the room is not permitted.
• Excessive traffic noise to and from the rooms and drunken or disorderly behaviour is prohibited.
• In the event that there is excessive cleaning required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $250 will be levied to your room charge. Linen & Towels will be counted and any damage or theft may result in charges to your credit card.

Child Policy
• All children welcome and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No cots available.

Payment Policy
• We accept Amex, MasterCard and Visa. No surcharge applicable.
• Fully Flexible Rates: A deposit of the full first night's rate is required at the time of booking. In the event you with to cancel, amend or whilst inhouse shorten your stay, the conditions of the cancellation policy for this booking applies to any nights you wish to cancel.
• Non-refundable Rates/Special Event Rates: A non-refundable deposit of the full amount for all nights booked is required at the time of booking. This includes all Book Today & Save, Stay 2 & Save, Stay 3 & Save and Special Event Rates.
