Our historic 1840 lakeside inn/bed & breakfast has 17 individually decorated guest rooms waiting for you - at a unique setting on Kezar Lake, one of New Hampshire's most beautiful lakes. Follansbee Inn is located in the quiet village of North Sutton (just south of New London in the Sunapee/Dartmouth Lakes Region of New Hampshire.) For generations, Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake has beckoned adults and older children who long for an active, natural, and environmentally friendly vacation. Our guests come from near and far to enjoy outdoor activities and year-round fun. There are adventures and activities for each and every season, so please enjoy unlimited free use of our kayaks, canoes, standup paddleboards, bicycles, and snowshoes.

Everyone of the Inn’s 17 rooms has a private, attached bathroom and all rooms are air conditioned. The Inn's 17 guest rooms are uniquely decorated. Each room is comfortably accommodated with king, queen, full or twin-size beds, or with multiple beds, covered with beautiful linens and comfortable pillows. Several rooms have special lake views. Follansbee Inn also has several very special suites.

Terms and Conditions	Our Rooms are all non-smoking. We do not accommodate pets. The use of our lakefront, bikes, boats, and snowshoes are complementary but the use of them is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on our lakefront. Diving and swimming after dark is prohibited. We have a 14 day cancellation policy.
