| Terms and Conditions | In order to confirm a reservation full payment is required at booking for each room reserved. The amount can be paid by credit card over the telephone, by direct deposit or by cheque made payable to "Ballina Travellers Lodge". Note: If cheque is not received within 7 days prior to check-in, then that booking will be cancelled. However, we will attempt to contact you. All bookings are to be fully paid before arrival. Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure (including washing and putting dishes away). Additional cleaning fee of $100 may apply if accommodation is not left in reasonable condtion. All existing damage to the room must be reported to the staff as soon as possible upon check in. In case of damage caused by the guest, repairs and replacement costs will be deducted from the credit card provided to us. Strictly no pets allowed on the property, service pets condtions apply. |
