The Anchorage Bermagui is positioned alongside the Bermagui River, and only a few hundred meters from the Harbour entrance. The palm-lined resort features outdoor barbecues set alongside a delightful in ground pool - perfect for relaxing.
The safe and secure location of this luxury resort is the ideal option for corporate and leisure travellers boasting 18 two-bedroom apartments, each sleeping up to four people.
The Anchorage Bermagui is in a picturesque, private riverside location. In walking distance to shops and restaurants and 100 metres away from the river boat ramp which boasts a fully appointed bait and tackle shop including kayak, SUP's and boat hire.
There is ample parking for large vehicles and boat trailers to 26 feet.

Terms and Conditions General Requirements
The person making the reservation and the guest checking-in must be over 18-years of age.
A valid credit card is required for all bookings at the time of reservation and upon check in.
To eliminate booking fraud, the guest may be requested to present photo identification to ensure their identity matches the guest named in the booking.

Parking
On site parking is available. Limit of 1 car per apartment. All visitors are asked to park out off the premises. If bringing a boat, please inform us at the time of booking.

It is appreciated that apartments are left in a reasonable condition. Apartments left in an unsatisfactory condition will be charged a further $100 cleaning service fee on the credit card provided within 14 days of departure. Damages to the property including any furnishings and external facilities will be evaluated and paid for by the guest within 14 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Normal Season
48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Group Reservation
30 Days Cancellation Policy Applies.
Peak Season
30 days cancellation policy. Any cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur full cancellation fees for all cancelled nights.
This applies to all bookings over Easter and Christmas Holidays.

Peak Season
A credit card is required to secure the booking - no payment is taken upon booking. Full prepayment will be processed on the credit card provided 30 days prior to your arrival date.
This applies to all bookings over Easter and Christmas Holidays.

Should you wish to prepay via Direct Deposit, please contact reception to make arrangements, at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Should you choose to depart earlier than anticipated once checked in, the balance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Group Bookings
Cancellation and payment policies for all group bookings differ from the general policies.
Please refer to your group contract, or contact the team at The Anchorage Bermagui to enquire about a future group booking.

Travel Insurance
We recommend all travelers obtain travel insurance for coverage of any fees associated with booking amendments or cancellations, as well as providing sufficient medical cover.

Facilities Use
Any guest who is conducting activities contrary to local, state or federal laws or who by their actions place our license under threat will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. In such cases no refund will be offered.

Conditions of Occupancy
Any damage to the property, whether accidental or intentional, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each unit and will result in a $250 fee, plus any additional costs required to restore the room to its original condition. The costs associated with repair and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card provided at reservation.
The registered guest agrees to abide by the Rules of the House. Accommodation is provided in accordance with the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001.
If the fire brigade is called to your accommodation room due to reckless or negligent behavior, the registered guest will be charged the full call-out fee.
Management accepts no liability for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
