| Getting There | We are located at 271 Kaolin St., just off William Street. William Street is the main road from Syd-Adel. Turn right at the second roundabout if coming from Adelaide. Turn left at the third roundabout if coming from Sydney. |
| Parking | FREE PARKING - on the night of your stay is provided. Car parking is directly in front of your room. Off-site parking is available for trucks, buses and trailers. Please ensure all valuables are removed from vehicles and vehicles are locked when unattended. Management hold no responsibililty for theft or damage to property. |

Upon signing our registration form, you agree that your access to and use of the Motel is subject to the Full Terms & Conditions of the Motel. PAYMENT Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Cash A valid Credit card is provided for Pre-authorisation, payment can be by Cash at time of Check-in. Cash Bonds paid on Check-in are refundable subject to a room inspection, less any charges on the morning of departure. Delays may occur. We accept Visa & Mastercard Diners and American Express card attract a 3.5 % Surcharge. ACCEPTABLE GUEST CONDUCT Parties are not allowed in the accommodation. You may be given immediate notice to leave without refund should there be any unsuitable or rowdy behaviour causing disturbance to other guests. Police will be called. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS Unaccompanied Minors must provide a Responsilbily waiver form, signed by a legal guardian . FIRE REGULATIONS Due to fire Regulations, Management must be aware of the number of guests in all rooms. NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. Should the fire alarm be activated, any cost incurred by Emergency Services (NSW Fire Services) attending, will be charged to the guest. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Evidence of smoking will incur a $200.00 cleaning charge to your credit card or a deduction from your cash bond. FEES CHARGEABLE TO GUESTS ACCOUNT INCLUDE , AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO : * SMOKING in rooms - $200.00 cleaning fee applies * Lost or stolen keys - $100.00 fee - Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to credit card or bond. * Room degradation ( such as vomit, bodily waste) a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged , plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that would be charged if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by management, in accordance with business demand in the day, until the room has been returned to its saleable condition. *Cost of repair or replacement for general damage of theft of Motel Property and any problem sufficient to result ina room being withdrawn from its availability to be let. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued. * Cost of meals, drinks (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Snacks, mini bar. |
