Located just 5 mins walk from the Coffs Harbour City Centre and 5kms from the Surf Beach, Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel is close to retail shopping centres, supermarkets, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Check-in	2pm
Check-in Instructions	Check-in is from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. If a guest is arriving after 8.00 pm, it is the guests responsibilty to call the motel and make necessary arrangements for late check in. Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on departure day. Should you require any changes to these times, prior arrangements must be made with reception at Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge. The Customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel upon check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification upon arrival.

Parking	Free car parks are located directly in front of most of the rooms. One vehicle per room. Extra vehicles and larger vehicles can be parked on the side road next to the motel.
Things To Do	With so many things to see and do, you will find that a weekend or a week on the Coffs Coast will not be nearly long enough to do and see it all. Terms and Conditions	Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee. When making a reservation the guest must provide: The full card number and expiry date, name on the card and 3 or 4 digits CVV security number from the back of the card. In the event a credit card is declined and there is no response from guest with a new card, the room will be released for booking by other guests. The Customer must be 18 years or over to book accommodation on the Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel website. A valid photo ID with current address will be required when checking in. A security bond of $200 will also be required for all guests checking in. Smoking SMOKING IS NOT permitted anywhere inside the building. If you breach this policy management reserves the right to ask you to vacate the premises. No warning will be given and no refund will be forthcoming. In addition to this, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Pets Policy In the interest of the health and safety of all our guests, Pets are not allowed, except by Government Authority. Please check with the Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel Manager before making your booking. If pets are found in rooms without permission a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Noise & No Parties Policy To ensure the comfort of all of our guests Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel has a strict no party and no noise policy. If you are in breach of this policy Management reserves the right to request you to vacate the premises immediately. Only one warning will be given, and if the noise is not brought under control the guests will be evicted and no refund will be forthcoming. Housekeeping Our housekeeping service is conducted everyday and for those guests staying more than one night, your bed will be made with existing linen, rubbish bin emptied and amenities, like tea, coffee, milk and bathroom items will be replenished. If you need towels changed, please leave them on the floor. No housekeeping service is provided on gazetted Public Holidays and is rescheduled for next day.
