| Check-in Instructions | Check in is normally from 2pm-8pm unless by prior arrangement. Check out time is 10am unless by prior arrangement. Extra fees may apply for early check in or late check out, please arrange with Reception before your stay. On arrival guests are required to fill in a Guest Registration Form and pay for their accommodation (unless prepaid via external providers). If not already provided, valid credit card details are required to cover any additional charges. If valid credit card details are unable to be provided, a bond of $250 may be required as security. |

| Getting There | River Country Inn is approximately 2.75 hours from Melbourne. If arriving from Echuca, follow the signs to Moama across the bridge over the Murray River. River Country Inn is approximately 1 km from the bridge on the right opposite Woolworths and the Moama Marketplace Shopping Centre. If arriving from Deniliquin, River Country Inn is the first motel on the left just after the Perricoota Road Turnoff. Please note that Meninya Street is also known as the Cobb Highway which runs between Echuca and Deniliquin. |
| Parking | Each room has one car parking space right outside their door. For large or extra vehicles, boats or trailers extra spaces are available, please advise your requirements orior to arrival. |
| Things To Do | Board one of the numerous paddle steamers for an enjoyable cruise on the mighty Murray River and perhaps have lunch, dinner or afternoon tea on board, visit Museums (including the famous Holden Museum), local Wineries, a wide selection of great Restaurants and Cafes, book a wetlands cruise or step back in time at the historic Port of Echuca precinct with its gravel street and historic shop fronts. Shop at a variety of interesting retail outlets and lets not forget the sporting options such as golf, bowling, ten pin bowling, fishing etc. All of the clubs-Rich River, RSL, Moama Workers, Moama Bowling Club and Echuca Workers provide courtesy buses for your convenience and great meals at reasonable prices. |

| Terms and Conditions | When booking by phone a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. If you booked via one of the Online Travel Sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif etc your credit card is automatically debited the full amount. For peak periods, guests may be asked for a deposit. Rooms left in a very dirty condition will incur an additional charge for excess cleaning which will be debited to the credit card provided. The amount will depend on the additional cleaning required. If cigarette smoke smells are detected in the room, an additional charge of up to $500 will be debited to the credit card provided to cover the cost of restoring the room to its normal smoke free condition. Pets allowed in our Pet Friendly Room with prior agreement only, strict conditions apply. In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no noise after 10pm policy applies to all guests staying at the property. This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events including sporting, pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette activities. Other groups (more than 4 people associated) only accepted with management approval. Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged against the credit card provided. |
