| Check-in Instructions | Check-in is from 2pm, however you are welcome to drop your bags off if you arrive before this time. Payment for accommodation must be made upon check-in. Reception closes at 8pm - please contact us directly if you will arrive after this time so we can organise a late check in for you. |

| Getting There | Directions from Central Station Take the Devonshire Street exit, go up the stairs and turn right into Chalmers Street. Walk down Chalmers St for about 7 minutes and take the first right into Cleveland Street. We are on the second block to the left. From Sydney Airport You can purchase shuttle bus tickets from the airport, which will cost between $15-$22, depending on which company you use. All the shuttle companies operate between 5am - 8pm only. The train from the airport will cost about $18 per person to Central Station. From there, simply follow the walking instructions as above. Alternatively, you can catch a taxi to our address at 207 Cleveland Street, Surry Hills. This should cost about $30-$35 from the Domestic Airport or $35-$40 from the International Terminals. If you arrive in peak hour, these price estimates could be much higher so make sure you ask the driver how much it will be before hopping in. |

| Terms and Conditions | 1. All guests must observe the rules and regulations of the Hostel. 2. Group booking policy: While we make the greatest effort to place all guests of a single booking into the same room, this is not always possible. Group bookings (2 people or more) that are not made directly with the hostel, are not guaranteed to be allocated to the same room. To avoid having a group split up, please book well in advance. 3. All children must be accompanied by adults. 4. Please note a 2% surcharge is applied to all EFTPOS or credit card transactions. 5. Towels are not included and can be rented for $2 per towel. Christmas/New Year policy: No check-in or check-out available on 25th December, 26th December, 31st December, 1st January. All bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January will be charged in full at the time of booking. Declined payment will result in cancellation of the booking. Payments made for bookings during this period are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A 2% card surcharge applies. Bookings made through Expedia/Booking.com/Hostelworld or any associated online booking agents are subject to policies and pre-payment requirements listed on the site. |
