Terms and Conditions	Smoking Policy: We are a 100% NON-SMOKING facility. If a guest smokes in a room the guest agrees to cover all costs related repairing the room, including mattress set, linen, curtain replacement, prime and painting, etc. Guests are Asked to smoke outside, with door closed behind. Late Check Out Policy: The check out time is by 11:00am. There is a late check out fee of $25.00 allowing guests to stay in room no later than 1:30pm. Please notify the front desk if you want to schedule a late checkout. Lost Keys: Guests are responsible for the keys that are issued to them. If a key is lost or not returned, guest agrees to a $75.00 re-keying charge for the room. Damage To Room Policy: Guests agree to cover any cost related to damage done to the room above and beyond normal wear and tear. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at our hotel. Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice. Motel 75 is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service.
