| Terms and Conditions | 1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 12:00PM. Check-out time is 12:00NN. K10 per hour will be charged for late check-out. 2. INCIDENTALS: All guests shall be required to deposit a K100 for incidentals upon check-in and refundable upon check-out. 3. CHILDREN: Maximum of one (1) child 3 years of age and below is free of charge. Ages ranging from 4 years to 10 years K37.50 applies when accompanied by adults in the room. In excess of this number, an extra charge per person shall be applied at the rate of K75.00 4. VISITING HOURS: For the protection of our guest, all visitors are required to register with the Front Desk at all times. All visitors must leave their proper identification cards with the Front Desk. Beyond 10:00 PM, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. An extra person charge shall be applied to visitors staying beyond 11:00 PM at the rate of K150.00 5. ROOM KEYS: Hotel guest will be provided with room keycard for their respective room. When leaving the hotel premises, please endorse hotel room keycards to the Front Desk. Lost or damage keycards, will be charged to the account of the guest occupying the room at the rate of K50.00 Each. 6. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES: This is available in all the Room Accommodation. The hotel is not LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE for any lost/damaged on the items which includes cash, checks, jewelries and other valuable items, since the hotel does not offer insurance services. THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS INSIDE THE ROOM. |
