Check-in	From 2:00pm onwards.
Check-in Instructions	Check in at reception open 7 am - 7 pm, located on the ground floor in the center of the complex. A registration form will need to be completed, as well as a current credit/debit card information for security. After Hours lock box available please call before 5pm for your key code.
Check-out	By 10:00am each day.
Getting There	Colonial Palms Motor Inn is located on the Whitsunday Coast. Turn off the Bruce Highway just after Proserpine and travel a further 30kms to reach Airlie Beach. We are located on the corner of Shute Harbour Road and Hermitage Drive, Airlie Beach. Airlie Beach is only one and a half hours drive north of Mackay or three hours drive South of Townsville. Two airports service the area: Whitsunday Coast Airport, Proserpine (bus transfers to Colonial Palms Motor Inn are available and can be pre-booked through us) and Hamilton Island Airport, Hamilton Island. The ferry ride from Hamilton Island drops you at the Port of Airlie which is directly opposite us. Taxis are available, or it is only a 10 minute walk to get to us. The bus terminal (Greyhound and Premier bus lines) is located at the Port of Airlie - again 10 minutes away.
Parking	Undercover car parking is provided for all guests. There is also an area adjacent to the motel for trucks, coaches, trailers and boats. There is no charge for parking.
Things To Do	Our tour desk can advise on everything from skydiving to scuba diving and anything in between. Do you want to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef? Several options are available, by boat, by seaplane, or by helicopter. Do you want to laze the day away on the magnificent Whitehaven Beach? Again, by boat, by plane or by helicopter - these are just some of the choices. Spend a day on Hamilton Island and visit the zoo, play golf or rent a buggy and make a day of it. There are myriad choices, combinations and experiences. Do e-mail us with your thoughts on what you might like and we can put together some suggestions for you.
Business Facilities	Our restaurant and lounge can be reconfigured to suit small conferences and WiFi is available throughout the motel for all guests.
