Getting There | The township of Boonah is a pleasant hour's drive from Brisbane and around 90 minutes from the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba . Boonah is often called "The heart of the Scenic Rim" considered by many to be one of Queensland’s picturesque natural areas. Boonah motel is nestled next to Bicentenial Park and Boonah Visitor Information Centre, (on Boonah-Fassifern Road), near the main roundabout at Boonah. You cannot miss it - simply follow the signs to the Boonah Visitor Information Centre. From Brisbane take the Ipswich-Boonah road from Yamanto and go through to the main roundabout near the Boonah Visitor Information Centre. From Wawick turn right on to the Boonah-Fassifern Road just past Aratula. |
Parking | One parking space is allocated outside each room. Additional shared parking is available for visitors cars/ bikes in the main carparking area. Visitors cars, guests boats, trailers and caravans maybe parked behind the motel by arrangement with management. Street parking is available on Mt Carmel Road. |
