About UsThe Royal Hotel Resort is a hotel motel situated in Hughenden north west queensland. We are a small establishment with a restaurant, bar, keno and TAB facilities, pool and are within walking distance of all main shops and attractions in Hughenden. | Getting There | From Townsville - turn left after the 2nd railway crossing From Winton - turn right at the Flinders Butchery just past the railway station. From Mount Isa - follow the signs to Townsville and turn right into Moran st just before the railway line. |
| Parking | Car parking is situated out the back of the hotel. Guests can park close to their rooms, however there is only enough space for one car per unit. Extra cars, trailers or large vehicles may need to park on the street. |
| Things To Do | Numerous activities in Hughenden, pop down to the Flinders Discovery Centre and they will provide you with any information about the Hughenden area. Including information regarding Porcupine Gorge (numerous walks), Mount Walker and the Flinders River park lands. |
| Business Facilities | The Royal Hotel has an area within the pub that is enclosed to allow for private functions. It seats approximatley 40 people and provides an excellent location for small meetings or conferences. The room is surrounded with blinds that can easily be pulled across to create privacy for those wanting to use the room. The room is available between the hours of 7am and 5pm. |
