| Terms and Conditions | 1. No responsibility is accepted by us for any of your property left in unit(s) or car park or stolen from unit. 2. We reserve the right to inspect the unit at any time without notice and at any time to require you to vacate if we suspect you are using the unit for non-approved purposes or are disrupting other guests or are smoking inside, or have a dog, cat or animal present. 3. Payment due on or before check out, unless charge back has prior approval. 4. Accounts overdue by 30 days incur interest from date of invoice at 1.5% per month plus costs of recovery. 5. Deposits or a valid credit card number (with expiry date) must be provided for bookings. Deposits may be requested in any other case. The deposit rates are usually $50.00 per unit (whether 1 or more nights) or 10% of total charge, whichever is greater. 6. We do not accept bookings more than 24 months in advance. Bookings more than 12 months in advance may be charged at the tariff rates applicable at the time of arrival. 7. Cancellation of bookings must be notified to us 3 days prior. Otherwise full amount will be charged. 8. Deposits should be made payable to The Cliff House and can be direct credited to our Bank Account. All credits to our Bank Account should include your name and reservations number (if you have it) and advice of the credit should be posted, faxed or emailed to us. It is essential you immediately let us know of any electronic, direct credit, or deposit into our account. 9. GST is at 10.00% . If the govt reduces or increases GST, then our tariffs will correspondingly change to reflect the GST rates at the time of your stay. |
