About Us

105 On The Park is a small family owned motel on the western side of Bordertown, in a peaceful setting adjacent to the parklands.

Built in the 70’s, the motel is being progressively renovated by owners Mark and Kristin Harding. All rooms have had the first stage of renovations in 2016 which included new super quiet split system air conditioners. The Executive Queen rooms have had complete makeovers with all new built in furniture and fully tiled bathrooms with soft close toilets.

Rooms are well appointed with bar fridges, microwaves, toasters, basic plates and bowls, along with standard tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have queen beds with electric blankets and an extra blanket for those wintry nights.

Please note that reception is open from 2 pm to 6.30 pm (new closing time due to current COVID 19 travel restrictions). Later check ins are fine, simply contact the motel prior to your stay and access to your room can be arranged. If you require an earlier check in than 2 pm, please also contact the motel and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Getting There	105 On The Park is located on the Western side of Bordertown. From the Dukes Highway turn into the township onto North Terrace, which does a loop and will take you back onto the highway. On the western end of North Terrace turn into Memorial Drive and drive around the park, from Memorial Drive you drive straight onto Park Terrace and the motel is located on your right at number 105 Park Terrace.
