| Check-in Instructions | CHECK-IN time is from 2.00pm - 9.00pm Mon-Fri and 2pm - 7pm Sat, Sun & Public Holidays, but we make every effort to accommodate early arrivals with prior notice. Arrangements can also be made for late arrivals by contacting Reception prior to our closing times. CHECK-OUT time is 10.00am. Requests for a late check-out may be arranged depending on occupancy. If you so require, we can store your belongings at reception on the day of departure. |

| Getting There | We are located on the Augusta Highway on the Adelaide side of Port Augusta, directly next to the Shell Service Station. It is approximately 3.5km to the city centre where you will find a variety of shops. |
| Parking | FREE PARKING - on the night of your stay is provided. Car parking is directly in front of your room. Off-site parking is available for trucks, buses and trailers. Please ensure all valuables are removed from vehicles and vehicles are locked when unattended. Management hold no responsibililty for theft or damage to property. |
| Things To Do | Port Augusta has a number of attractions which are enjoyed by visitors to the city as well as residents. Fishing, sailing and canoeing are popular and dolphins are often seen out on the water. The city’s art galleries are enjoyed by many and the parks and gardens offer a beautiful place to relax. Wadlata Outback Centre is home to the region’s Visitor Information Centre, and is also one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions with its Tunnel of Time interactive display. The Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden is another major attraction, featuring more than 200 hectares of low-rainfall native Australian plants, which can be purchased from gift and garden shop in its visitor centre. |

| Terms and Conditions | PAYMENT Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Cash A valid Credit card is provided for Pre-authorisation, payment can be by Cash at time of Check-in. Cash Bonds paid on Check-in are refundable subject to a room inspection, less any charges on the morning of departure. Delays may occur. We accept Visa & Mastercard American Express cards attract a 3.5 % Surcharge. ACCEPTABLE GUEST CONDUCT Parties are not allowed in the accommodation. You may be given immediate notice to leave without refund should there be any unsuitable or rowdy behaviour causing disturbance to other guests. Police will be called. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS Unaccompanied Minors must provide a Responsability waiver form, signed by a legal guardian . FIRE REGULATIONS Due to fire Regulations, Management must be aware of the number of guests in all rooms. NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. Should the fire alarm be activated, any cost incurred by Emergency Services (SA Fire Services) attending, will be charged to the guest. SMOKING Smoking is NOT permitted inside the rooms. Evidence of smoking will incur a $200.00 cleaning charge to your credit card or a deduction from your cash bond. FEES CHARGEABLE TO GUESTS ACCOUNT INCLUDE , AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO : * SMOKING in rooms - $200.00 cleaning fee applies * Lost or stolen keys - $200.00 fee - Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to credit card or bond. * Room degradation ( such as vomit, bodily waste) a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged , plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that would be charged if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by management, in accordance with business demand in the day, until the room has been returned to its saleable condition. *Cost of repair or replacement for general damage or theft of Motel Property and any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from its availability to be let. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued. * Cost of meals, drinks (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Snacks, mini bar. |
