Booking Policy All reservations with Art Hotel on York require a credit card guarantee with full payment 48 hours prior to arrival. Art Hotel on York will take payment against the credit card provided for the booking 48 hours prior to check in time and if the credit card details supplied will not accept payment the booking will be released. Guests who do not supply credit card security for their booking with Art Hotel on York will be required to pay a $200 cash deposit in addition to full payment for the booking. A valid mobile phone number must be provided with every booking • Check-in time is 2pm • You will be required to provide photographic identification when checking in. • Check-out time is 10am • You agree that any snack and mini bar items missing from the room will be charged against your credit card • There is a 1.9% credit card surcharge applicable to all payments made by credit card. • You agree to an extra cleaning fee for any mess left in room that requires extra cleaning • Pets are NOT allowed • No extra beds are available • Zero party policy, guests only are allowed in rooms at all times • You agree that you and no-one staying in your room/s will run in halls or make any excessive noise. Noise must be kept to a minimum for guest comfort • No push bikes in rooms • No large or toxic items allowed to be stored in rooms • You are solely responsible for your money and valuables that you bring to the property or store in your room and Art Hotel on York is not responsible for there safe keeping. You agree that you are solely responsible for your vehicle and valuables and there safe keeping and will not hold Art Hotel on York responsible in any way. • You agree that there is NO tenancy or other proprietary rights created during your stay and that Art Hotel on York grants you a licence only to stay in the hotel and reserves the right to terminate that licence at any time for any reason. • You understand and agree that from time to time the internet service and other services and facilities may be affected negatively and will not hold Art Hotel on York responsible for such disruptions or inconveniences. • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, that adult will provide a guarantee for all charges and supervision. • Cars parked improperly will be towed at car owners expense. Car parking is not guaranteed. No parking across lines. No parking in non-designated parking spaces. No blocking other cars from entering or leaving the property. |
