Check-in Instructions | Arrival Information: Upon arrival, you need to check in at our reception desk. The reception desk is open from 7:30 am to 9:00pm. If you arrive when the office is closed, there will be an arrival packet with your name taped to the lobby door with your room keys and other information. There is a night phone by the door, with a sign telling you what number to dial for a late night receptionist who can assist you if necessary. You will be asked by the hotel for a credit card for any incidentals you incur. In general, Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure. |

Getting There | Driving Directions: Directions to the Hotel: As you drive into Telluride continue traveling east on Colorado Avenue. Terms and Conditions | THE VICTORIAN INN TERMS & CONDITIONS TAXES & FEES: Applicable taxes & fees are applied when booking and are subject to STANDARD DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: First nights lodging + tax is charged upon booking. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. If cancellation notice is given 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival a 1-night stay room + tax cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is given within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date the full stay will be charged and forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full stay plus tax. HOLIDAY & FESTIVAL DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: First night's lodging + tax is charged upon booking. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel outside of 60 days of your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus a 1-night stay room + tax cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations inside of 60 days of arrival date. change without notice. HOUSE RULES By making a reservation you agree to abide by the following house rules: 1) NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any inside location, including your room, at The Victorian Inn. Pets of any kind are not allowed in guest rooms. If anyone in your party, including any visitors you may have, smoke or have pets in any interior room or interior hallway there will be a minimum $300.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Additionally, violation of this rule will result in the termination of your stay. 2) OUTDOOR RECREATION EQUIPMENT: Bicycles, kayaks, climbing gear, etc. are not permitted inside any room, interior hallway or on any exterior deck at The Victorian Inn. These items should be stored in your vehicle or in one of the designated exterior bike racks. Bikers, please DO NOT use hotel linens for cleaning or storing your equipment. We will be happy to provide you with cleaning rags and disposal bags for your convenience. 3) ROOM DAMAGE/HOTEL PROPERTY: Charges for any damages to, or items stolen from, your room will be billed to your credit card on file. 4) ADDITIONAL GUESTS: All rates, unless already reflected in your reservation, are based upon double occupancy. A per night charge of $20 for each additional guest over age 15 will be charged to your credit card on file. Children 15 and under stay FREE with parent. 5) PARKING: Vehicles without a valid parking permit are at risk of being towed and/or ticketed at vehicle owners expense. The Victorian Inn is not responsible for vehicles towed and/or ticketed. *BE SURE TO PLACE A VALID VICTORIAN INN PARKING PERMIT IN THE DRIVER SIDE WINDSHIELD. 6) RIGHT TO SERVICE The Victorian Inn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 7) LIABILITY The Victorian Inn is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss or damage to personal belongings. Be sure your valuables are secure. We offer lock boxes at the Front Desk for use during your stay. PRIVACY: The Victorian Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via the Internet, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the SSL encryption. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc. will be visible to indicate that the page is secure. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line.
