| Terms and Conditions | NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 ARE PERMITTED TO STAY IN ROOMS ON THE 2ND FLOOR. Should you be traveling with children under the age of 8, please inform us at time of booking. Deposit Policy: Once a reservation is made, a deposit of 1/3rd of the total rental fee will be requested for reservations of three nights or more. 1/2 the total will be requested for 2 night reservations and the entire fee will be requested for 1 night reservations. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designed smoking areas only. All rates are subject to state and local taxes ~ All rates are subject to change without notice. You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay. No Pets Allowed.
