| Getting There | Take Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 70 South (Manorville Road.) Take Manorville Road south to Route 27 (Sunrise Highway.) Follow 27 East all the way to Montauk, (about 1 hour driving time.) As you enter the town of Montauk, you will pass an IGA Supermarket. Go two blocks past the supermarket to Pizza Village. make a right at Pizza Village. Take a left at the stop sign. The Albatross will be on your right. |

The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents. This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. DEPOSIT On one night reservations, a deposit for the full amount is required. Reservations longer than one night require a 50 % deposit to hold the room. The balance is due upon arrival. PAYMENT Payment for all accommodation is taken at the time of the reservation. In cases where a 50 % deposit is allowed to hold the room, the balance is due upon arrival. Incidental charges will be paid upon check-out when notified, or charged to the card on file in the event we were not notified of the damages. VISITORS, ROOM DAMAGE & GENERAL BEHAVIOR No visitors are allowed in rooms after 11 pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors while on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in any damage to our property and any costs associated will be charged to the registered guest.
