About Us

We are a quaint motel located on Oak Island off the coast of North Carolina, family owned since 2000. We offer 42 rooms, located across two buildings, all just steps from the beach. We have a refreshing saltwater pool, just for guests. Located adjacent to our pool is a picnic area where you can enjoy a family cookout on one of our BBQ grills. There’s no need to leave the island when you’re trying to relax, if you want to get a bite to eat, browse the local boutiques, go kayaking, try paddle boarding or do some fishing, Oak Island offers a little something for everyone.

Check-in Instructions	Rooms reserved prior to check in date will be ready for check in at 3 pm. Rooms reserved on day of check in, cannot be guaranteed a 3pm check in time. Early arrival pick up parking permit at office.
Check-out	11:00 AM
Parking	FREE ONSITE GUEST PARKING If you arrive early just stop in the office and pick up your parking pass, you can hit the beach or the pool until your room is ready at 3:00pm After check out at 11:00am you are welcome to stay parked in our lot if you want to hang out a few hours longer. Golf Carts are permitted on the property (NO TRAILERS). We do not have Golf Cart charging facilities. PARKING IS LIMITED
Terms and Conditions	• No Boats or Trailers permitted in the parking lot. • No Pets permitted • All rooms are non-smoking rooms • Minimum age of 25 and a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover to book a room. • Motel rooms are a 2 night min on weekend, 3 night min on holidays • Rate based on 2 people. Children 12 and under are free, for each additional adult/child over 12 years old there is an additional nightly charge of $10.
