Check-in Instructions | We operate with a self-serve check-in system enabling you to check-in your selves anytime after 3pm on the day of arrival using a key safe number. On booking, you will be emailed a confirmation document that will advise you where to park your car and the location of the keysafe (eg rear of garage) and the secret 3 digit key safe number . We will also text these details and key safe # to you a couple days prior to your arrival. |

Getting There | How to get there from Melbourne Make your way onto the M1 Freeway in South Melbourne and follow it for sixty kilometres. Take the A10 exit towards Geelong city and Queenscliff and merge onto the Princess Highway. Stay on the Princess Highway for another ten kilometres before turning left onto McKillop Street. |
Parking | CARS: Each apartment has a one car garage and townhouses have a 2 car garage. Also some guest parking available. BUSES: The long driveway is capable of parking a 45 seater bus. |
Things To Do | Geelong, Victoria's second largest city offers opportunities to relax on the Waterfront and experience culinary delights in our many fine restaurants and cafes. There is something for everyone along the Eastern beach promenade – from the antique, hand carved carousel; to the ferris wheel, Thomas the Tank train ride along the foreshore and the recently restored art-deco swimming pool and park, which includes a children’s pool, shark-proof swimming area, swings and rides. Our McKillop Street and Yarra Street properties are conveniently located close to The Arena, and Geelong Performing Arts Centre and many other city attractions including: The National Wool Museum; Geelong Art Gallery; 21st Century Botanical Gardens; Deakin University and Costa Hall. It is an easy walk to Simonds Stadium (home of The Geelong Football Club), night clubs and movie theatres. For the kids and young at heart why not try go-kart racing; model aircraft flying; Adventure Park, Victoria’s largest water park; cinemas and paint ball events. |
Terms and Conditions | All "TERMS & CONDITIONS" below are in addition to conditions required by our agents eg(Booking.com, Expedia etc) No pets allowed unless CONFIRMED IN WRITING by management. Small to medium size dogs only. Cats are not allowed. Cost per pet applicable. Management reserves the right to terminate your stay without refund or charge additional fees if it determines you or any of your visitors have caused any damage, been smoking inside, increased the number of guests staying without written acceptance from management or parked outside designated areas, or caused disturbances (excessive noise etc). Failure to pay all rent owing or fees for other services (Pet fee, cleaning fee etc) by the due dates set out for the deposit and balance owing. All payments due must be settled no later than 14 days before arrival. if not the booking will be cancelled by management and monies forfeited. Access to to accommodation will not be granted until all monies outstanding are paid. Maximum of 2 guests allowed unless written approval received before hand from management for a greater number of guests. Any guests that are staying after 10:00pm will be assumed to be staying the night, and an accommodation fee will be charged to the apartment or will be taken against the bond amount. Curfew times for this apartment are from 10:00 pm till 9:00am. This means no vistors or pets allowed, no excessive noise, no use of washing machines or tumble dryers. Please respect other guests amenity and privacy. Due to noise issues, the outside balconies & decking areas are not to be used after 10.00pm. At the time of recording your booking a 30% deposit ($200 minimum) is required. Payment by bank transfer (EFT) is the preferred method or Visa, Master card is also accepted (No Amex or Diners)-(2% handling fee on cards). The deposit must be paid to validate your reservation, in most cases a security bond will also be required. After paying the deposit, the balance owing would become due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Note:-The full amount of the rental fee is due & payable prior to arrival by EFT or card or "cash on arrival" only if approved by management in advance. No cheques unless approved and received 14 days before your arrival. If you have checked in and then decide not to stay the full number of days booked, then no refund is due. NOTE: For large groups, bookings must be authorised & approved by management before becoming a confirmed booking. Security bond is usually required. |
