Both 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments include:

One bedroom apartments feature a luxurious Queen Size bed, while two bedroom apartments feature a queen size bed in the main room and a sumptuous double size bed in the second. A majority of the apartments also feature a balcony or courtyard area.

Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree is conveniently located within easy walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks, 24 hr supermarkets, fast food outlets and a video store. With bus stops close by and a train station approximately 5 minutes walk, public transport is a breeze. A short bus ride can lead you into the world of shopping at Knox City Shopping Centre, which will surely satisfy any with a passion for fashion. Additionally, a 10 min train ride will find you in the heart of Belgrave with breath-taking scenery to awe even the most experienced outdoor enthusiast.
Terms and Conditions Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree are committed to reduce credit card fraud, so as a condition of your stay we will ask the guest checking-in to provide photo identification, which we will copy, and sign a registration card. The name on the photo ID provided must match the guest name on the booking. We will retain the registration card and copy of the ID for up to six months. Lifestyle Apartments do not accept debit cards as a form of security for the apartment, If the guest does not have a credit card for security a cash bond will be required.

Unless requested otherwise we reserve the right to process payment on the credit card provided at any time during your stay.

We are also committed to providing our guests and associates with a 100% indoors smoke-free environment; as such, we have a strict no smoking indoors policy. We reserve the right to charge an apartment recovery fee of up to $600.00, for guests who do not comply with this policy, in order to recover the extensive cost of restoring our apartments to a smoke-free condition.

Smokers should note that Standard 2BR apartments do not have a balcony or patio, so may find it more convenient to book Superior apartments; likewise, all but one 1BR apartment have balconies or patios, so smokers may request a 1BR apartment with a balcony, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

All linen and towels are supplied for your stay, along with an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and guest amenities (toiletries, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent).

Limited numbers of fold-out beds, cots and high chairs are available for hire; please advise us before arrival and we will endeavour to make your required item available.

Please note that our apartments are only serviced once a week. For stays longer than a week a complimentary service is offered, usually on the 7th day (and every week thereafter), which includes a change of linen and towels, a general clean and a vacuum. Additional servicing is available upon request for a small additional charge. The washing of dishes is not included in the servicing of apartments or at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to one extra night for apartments left in an overly messy or untidy state; this includes unwashed dishes.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for your stay. Please ask us beforehand, and we will attempt to accommodate you as much as possible. For guaranteed arrival before 3pm, it is recommended that the room be reserved the previous night. This will incur an additional night charge. We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to an extra night for late checkouts not previously arranged.

We generally offer no refund on early departures; however we understand that for longer stays our guests' situations may change. Every request for a refund on early departure shall be carefully considered, and the decision will be made at the manager's absolute discretion.
