You will receive an email and SMS giving details of your room number and your key code number. You can check in any time after 2pm directly at yuour room. Parking | There is free parking on Arundel Street over night between 4pm and 10am and free two hour parking during the day. Sunday's and Public Holidays all day is free, no restriction hours. We do have limited onsite parking however we need to hold your keys as the parking is one behind the other. The onsite parking can not be reserved and on a first come basis. Come see us at reception between 10am-2pm daily . If your arriving after reception times Arundel street is your best option. The least expensive car park for overnight parking close to Maand Up Accommodation is the Cappuccino Strip Car Park 94 South Terrace Fremantle, WA 6160, AU. A daily ticket is $11.50 ( maximum ) and is valid from 8am until 1am the next morning, 1am - 8am is FREE ( Please be aware of your ticket valid time expiring at 8am to avoid parking fines. Things To Do | Just a 2 minute walk from Maand Up are many pubs and cafes to enjoy. Fremantle is famous for its cafe culture so get out and about by bike or foot and check out the town. Fisherman's Harbour - located at the most western side of Freo and is home to many fish and chip shops, Little Creatures Brewery and of course the Fremantle fishing fleet - it is a ‘must see’. Esplanade Park - an amazing public open space with a children's playground, skate park, ferris wheel and plenty of space just to sit around and watch the world go by… South Beach - the best beach in Fremantle, just a short cat bus ride south of Freo or walk/ride along to foreshore 3km. There are also two great cafe's at South Beach, showers and toilets. Fremantle Prison Tour - located on the top of a small hill at 1 The Terrace, this remarkable historic prison is open daily for tours. Fremantle Markets or 'Freo Markets' - located on South Terrace has over 140 shops. The markets are open on Friday (9am - 9pm), Saturday (9am - 5pm) and Sunday (11am - 5pm). Western Australian Maritime Museum -located in Cliff Street is one of the best Museums in Australia and home to Australia II and Batavia. Sails of the Century Museum -located in B Shed is part of the Maritime Museum. This museum houses a number of interesting vessels which worked and played in Western Australian waters. Fremantle Museum and Art Gallery or 'Arts Centre' -located on the corner of Finnerty and Ord Streets, this was the last of the major buildings in Fremantle constructed by the Convict Establishment. On Sunday afternoons, the quadrangle is used by singers, poets and musicians - a 'must do' Sunday thing to do... Fremantle Prison Museum - located at 16 The Terrace is an interesting and well organised display relating to prisons and convicts since the earliest days of Western Australian settlement. It is open from 9.30am - 1pm Monday to Friday, 1pm - 4pm Saturday and 11am - 5pm Sunday.
