About Us

The Admiral Motor Inn Rosebud offers ten tripled sheeted, studio units, and three self-contained apartments. We are located opposite a quiet and picturesque, swimming beach on Port Phillip Bay. We offer good size rooms where you can spread out, relax, enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We are a family operated business and welcome holiday makers and corporate travellers.

Our fully air conditioned studio rooms and apartments have King beds with electric blankets, ironing board, iron and hairdryer as well as the usual hospitality provisions including microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric jug, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk, bottled water, glassware, plates and utensils.
Contained behind the bathroom mirror cabinet is a selection of shampoo and conditioner, soap and shower gel.. There is a guest's laundry and the use of a barbeque during the summer holidays. Additional features include free Wi-Fi and Foxtel. Each room has an information compendium that includes a menu selection from nearby cafes and takeaway outlets that will deliver right to your room door.

Rosebud is located on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula. Christmas and summer school holidays in Rosebud is a long-standing traditional destination for many Melbourne and Victoria regional families. With its relaxed atmosphere, safe beach walks and swimming, Rosebud offers the perfect opportunity to relax by the sea and Admiral Motor Inn is within walking distance of the Rosebud Hotel, variety shopping strip, department stores, shopping malls, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Check-in	2.00 pm - 8.00pm
Check-in Instructions	Check In to Reception between 2pm and 8pm. If you require an early check in for a wedding/ event from 1pm-2pm please let us know to avoid disapointment. If you have a visitor please tell them to park on the roadas there is no extra parking on site. Visitors are required to leave property by 9pm to keep noise at a quiet level for our guests. Please observe Victoria State Covid-19 restrictions, if any. If running late please call on 03 5982 0202 to make late arrival arrangements. A late check out can be arranged with Reception. Office closes at 8pm.

Getting There	From Melbourne, take the M3 Eastlink on to the M11 Mornington Peninsula Freeway towards Portsea then exit at the first Rosebud off lane (Rosebud & McCrae). Follow the Rosebud signs across the top of the freeway and turn left onto Point Nepean Road at the end. You will find us about 500 metres on the left just before the Liberty Service Station. You can also travel via Phillip Island or take the Queenscliff Sorrento Ferry from the Great Ocean Road
Parking	Car parking is free off road in front of the motel units. There is only space for one car per room. Please call for further information regarding extra cars, boats, trucks or trailers.
Things To Do	The Mornington Peninsula is full of scenic drives. You can visit wineries, play top golf courses, take wonderful walks, relax in hot spring pools, go on fishing trips, sail on the bay, swim with dolphins or laze on the beach. There are many places to find a beautiful meal, gardens and mazes, national parks, markets to browse and fun activities.
Terms and Conditions	The following conditions are not necessarily applicable to Corporate, Government and specified Liability confirmed bookings. A minimum deposit of one night's accommodation will be charged to confirm your booking. Balance to be paid upon Check In. A confirmation can be emailed if required. For Group or Block Bookings, and minimum non-refundable deposit of the first night is required. A pre-authorisation bond of $100 may be requested on arrival for cash payments. Check Outs are not facilitated on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
